August 1, 2024 - Release Notes - French Language and Formatting, and Joint Incomes.

You can now use the entire Snap Projections application in French language and formatting. You can change your language preference to French from your User Settings page.

This will change all sections of the application (e.g., Clients, Scenario Setup, Planning Pages, Client Report).

This will not change your language preference for communications from Snap. If you wish to receive emails and billing information in French, please send us an email at [email protected] or you can call us at 1-888-758-7977 Option 3.

You can continue to change the language settings for your generated Client Reports independently. For instance, you can use the application in English and generate a Client Report in French or English. Similarly, you can generate French or English reports while using the application in French.

We are continuing to build out our French help resources and looking for an amazing Bilingual Customer Success Specialist to join our team and be the main point of contact for our French-speaking customers.

You can now enter Joint Incomes on the Scenario Setup -> Incomes page. To enter a Joint Income, the Type must be set as Other.

Snap will split the income evenly between the spouses and if one individual passes away before the other, the surviving spouse will receive the full income.
