How do I view and change my billing information?

Updating Credit card details


  1. The Billing Settings are displayed under the Organization Settings page.  You can access this page by clicking your initials in the top right corner and selecting Billing Settings.
    • You can view your upcoming payment, track your Referral Credits, and change your credit card. We email you a receipt for each payment.

  1. Click Update to change your credit card information. 

  1. Enter your updated credit card number, expiry date and CVC (3 or 4 digits on the back of the credit card).

NOTE: If you do not see a Billing Settings option under your name, you do not have online access.  If you are part of a team in Snap, your team administrator will need to make billing changes and can use the Customer Portal (from Stripe) or call us at 1-888-758-7977 Option 1.


Viewing and downloading past receipts

  1. To view and download past receipts, please visit the Customer Portal, provided through our billing partner, Stripe.
Click here to access the portal.
  1. Enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to for access.
    1. Note that your email address must match the email address associated with the Snap Projections subscription.

  1. Click the item in the Invoice History to download a copy for your records.
    1. You can also update the credit card from this screen.
