All about add-on features

Add-on features are optional add-ons to your subscription.  To use one of these optional features, you must first activate it as shown below. 

Currently, there are 2 add-on features available: Stress Testing and Top-up Credits for the AI Import Assistant.

How to view the add-on features which are activated for your subscription

Add-on features can be managed on the Billing page.  All users with Billing permissions can access their Billing page by selecting their name at the top right and Billing Settings.

On the Billing Settings page, the Users section displays the add-on features activated for you and other team members, if applicable. 

The AI Features top-up credit balance is listed in the Add-Ons section of the Billing page. Hover over the ? next to the credit amount.


It is also listed on the AI Import Assistant page.

The Stress Testing add-on feature

The Stress Testing add-on can be activated or deactivated at any time. Charges are prorated, so you only pay for the days the add-on is active. There is no additional cost for the Stress Testing add-on during your trial period.


How to activate the Stress Testing add-on

The Stress Testing add-on can be activated and deactivated at any time. Charges are prorated, which means you pay only for the days it is active.  As an Operations Manager or if you have an individual account, you can activate or deactivate an add-on feature for all users in your organization on the Billing page under the Add-Ons section. To activate the add-on for specific team members, select their names under the Users table and make individual updates.

To activate an add-on for yourself or the entire team, click the Activate button beside that feature. 


Then click the Activate & Update Billing button in the pop-up window. 

You will see a notification that the add-on feature has been activated and the change will be reflected in the billing system soon. Your credit card will be charged for the pro-rated amount remaining for your current monthly or annual billing period. There is no cost for add-ons during the Free Trial.

If you accidentally activated the add-on, click the hyperlink in the orange highlighted message in your scenario to deactivate now.

How to deactivate the Stress Testing add-on


On the Billing page, under the Add-Ons section, click Deactivate beside the applicable add-on.  This will deactivate the add-on for all members of your organization.  To deactivate the add-on for specific team members, select the individual user's name from the Users table, then select Deactivate.

Your subscription will be updated by the next business day to reflect the removal of this add-on from your subscription. Your account will be credited for the remaining days of your billing cycle that this add-on is no longer being used.  This credit will be applied to your payment in your next billing cycle.

AI Import Top-up Credit purchases

Monthly Free Credits

All users receive 10 free credits every month, automatically added to their account on their subscription renewal date.

  • For monthly subscriptions, credits are added on the monthly renewal date.
  • For annual subscriptions, credits are added each month on the same calendar date as the annual renewal date. For example, if your annual subscription renews on April 20, you will receive your free credits on the 20th of every month.
  • Unused free credits do not roll over to the next month.

Purchasing Top-up Credits

If you need more than your monthly free credit allowance, you can purchase additional top-up credits.

Purchased additional credits are shared across all users within the same team subscription. This allows all users in the organization to access them, regardless of who completed the purchase. For example, if User 1 has 10 unused free credits and purchases 20 additional credits, their total available balance would be 30 credits. If User 2 has 5 free credits, they would have access to those 5 free credits plus the shared 20 top-up credits, for a total of 25 available credits.

How Purchased Top-Up Credits Work:

  • Valid for one year from the date you purchase them.
  • They can only be used after your free monthly credits are used up.
  • They are lost if the subscription is cancelled.
  • They are non-refundable and are not covered under the 30-day subscription guarantee.
  • They are shared across all users within the same team subscription.
  • They can be purchased by any user in increments of 20 and the credit card on file will be billed immediately.

There are 2 ways to purchase top-up credits:

On the Billing Settings page:

On the Billing Settings page, click the Purchase additional credits button in the AI Features section.


In the pop-up window, select the number of top-up credits, then click the green button to charge your credit card for the purchase.


On the AI Import Assistant page:

Only when you run out of credits will you be prompted to purchase more. This allows users who do not have access to the Billing page to purchase top-up credits that are are shared across all users within the same team subscription using the credit card on file.

How much do add-ons cost?

Stress-Testing

The Stress Testing add-on is $9 per month/user or $96 per year/user, depending on your current payment frequency. 

During the Free Trial, there is no cost for add-ons. If you keep the add-on activated, your credit card will be charged for the add-on after your Free Trial ends, along with your first monthly or annual subscription payment.


AI Top-Up Credit purchases

20 credits can be purchased for $20 + tax.  You can purchase multiple groups of 20 credits at once if desired. Purchased additional credits are valid for one year and can be shared across a team subscription.
