Deleting Scenarios and Clients
You can create unlimited clients and scenarios in Snap Projections, and ensuring your account has appropriate permissions, you can delete individual scenarios at any time. Upon deleting the final client scenario, this client is also deleted.
Before you delete a client or scenario:
- all deletions are permanent - we're unable to retrieve deleted clients or deleted scenarios
- consider exporting the client projections

Who Can Delete a Client/Scenario
Only the following users can delete a Client/Scenario:
- The creator (owner) of the client profile
- The creator is the user who originally added the client/spouse to their Clients list.
- Organization Operations Managers / Team Administrators (if applicable under your organization’s permissions structure).
If the scenario was shared with you and you are not the creator or an Organization Operations Manager, you will need to ask the original creator to delete the scenario.
An Organization Operations Manager can also transfer client ownership from one team member to another.
